Celeste and her partner, Dmytro Gurkov, have also competed professionally at Blackpool, finishing as runners up in rhythm and in the top 3 for American style smooth in 2022.
This work is inspired by Celeste’s tango performance in 2022 at the AM Texas Dance-O-Rama.

This painting, featuring amateur competitive dancer Robyn Murcar and professional dancer Katherine Frey, is inspired by their competitive bolero routine, performed in 2009 at Arthur Murray Superama.
Titles held by Robyn Murcar include Canadian Amateur Champion and Grand Champion at the Champions Ball in Moscow. Robyn is also a multi-time Arthur Murray World Pro-Am Champion in Smooth, Rhythm and 9 Dance, has been a runner up at the Ohio Star Ball, and also a finalist at Blackpool.

This painting features smooth dance champions Max Sinitsa and Tatiana Seliverstova, and was inspired by their dramatic Tango Show Dance.
